Board of Directors

Robert J. Glunk became a Director in December 2015. Currently, he is the Chairman of the Company and Journey Bank since March 2025. He served as Executive Chairman of the Company and Journey Bank from February 2024 to February 2025, and Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company and President and Chief Executive Officer of Journey Bank from November 2023 to February 2024. Previously, he served as Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer of Muncy Bank Financial, Inc. and The Muncy Bank and Trust Company from December 2015 to November 2023.

Prior to joining Muncy Bank he was President of Luzerne Bank from 2012-2015. Mr. Glunk started his banking career in 1985 and has worked in a variety of areas: including retail banking, commercial lending, branch administration, bank operations and financial services.

He is a graduate of Lycoming College, Stonier School of Banking, Central Atlantic School of Banking and Leadership Lycoming.

Active in the community, Mr. Glunk is a Board Member of the Williamsport/Lycoming Chamber of Commerce, and was previously Treasurer and Board Member of the Lycoming County United Way and a Board Member of the Muncy Valley Hospital, UPMC. He is a Previous President of several local organizations including the Jersey Shore Chamber of Commerce and the Jersey Shore and Montgomery Lions Clubs. He was a previous Board Member and Treasurer of the Jersey Shore Library and Endowment, The Jersey Shore Hospital and the Wilkes-Barre Chamber of Commerce. He is also the former Mayor of Salladasburg, PA.

Director since 2003. President and Chief Executive Officer of the Corporation since 2003 and the Bank since 2008. President and Chief Executive Officer of Columbia County Farmers National Bank from 2003 to 2008. The Pennsylvania Banking Code requires that a bank president be a member of the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors believes that it is important that the President, who also is the Chief Executive Officer, be a member of the Board of Directors so that the President may interact on a peer to peer basis with his fellow directors. In addition, the Board of Directors values Mr. Diehl’s more than 30 years of experience in banking and his leadership experience as the Bank’s Chief Executive Officer and as a director of the Millville Mutual Insurance Companies.

Todd M. Arthur became a Director in May 2007.

As an independent sole proprietor, he has been involved in the real estate appraisal business serving his customers for over 30 years. Prior to his involvement in the real estate appraisal business, Mr. Arthur worked as a realtor in north central Pennsylvania.

Mr. Arthur is a Pennsylvania State Certified Residential Appraiser, Pennsylvania State Certified Broker Appraiser and a Pennsylvania State Licensed Real Estate Broker.

He received an Associate of Applied Science degree in Business Management and his EMT designation from the Pennsylvania Department of Health.

Active in the community, Mr. Arthur has over 40 years of volunteer and career Fire/EMS service, as well as being involved in numerous local special interest organizations.

He lives on a farm in the Muncy area with his wife Sandy. They have 2 children and 3 grandchildren.

Director since 1996. President/CEO, Dillon Floral Corporation, Managing Partner of Dillon Investments Partnership and Managing Member of Dillon Center LLC, both real estate holding companies; President, International Floral Distributors Corp., a wholesale florist cooperative, and Chairman of the Board of the Millville Mutual Insurance Companies. The Board of Directors values Mr. Dillon’s experience as an entrepreneur and business owner, as a real estate investor and senior level executive, and his leadership experience as a director of the Millville Mutual Insurance Companies.

Robert P. Hager, CPA, became a Director in January 2019.

Mr. Hager is a managing Partner at Lindsay & Hager, P.C., a certified public accounting firm in Muncy, PA. His practice is concentrated in taxation of estates, corporations, partnerships and individuals. Prior to private practice he was an IRS Field Agent for the US Treasury Department.

Mr. Hager holds his CPA certification and graduated from Bloomsburg State University with a Bachelor of Science degree. During his career he has presented numerous tax seminars throughout Pennsylvania and has been an author and editor for the University of Illinois Tax Workbook. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Active in the local community he is a member of the Lycoming County Fair Board and the Pleasant Hill Cemetery Board.

Director since 2014. Chief Executive Officer of JDK Management Co., LP, President of Columbia Ancillary Services, Inc. and a member of the Central Columbia Education Foundation. Previously a member of the Central Columbia School Board. The Board values Mr. Klingerman’s more than 25 years of experience as a community and business leader in Columbia County and central Pennsylvania

Director since 2002. Owner of a law practice in Muncy, Pennsylvania and a member of the Lycoming County Bar Association. Mr. Langdon has been practicing law since 1975. He is the former solicitor for the Hughesville Borough and the East Lycoming School District. He was also the solicitor for three townships and three zoning hearing boards. The Board of Directors values Mr. Langdon’s legal advice and valuable insight.

Director since 2006. Licensed Funeral Director since 1984; President, McMichael Funeral Home, Inc., Benton, PA. Owner/operator Kelchner-McMichael Funeral Home, Inc. in Berwick from 1985 until 2003. The Board of Directors values Mr. McMichael’s experience and perspective as an entrepreneur and business owner.

Director since 2000. Owner/President, Steve Shannon Tire Company, Inc. The Board of Directors values Mr. Shannon’s more than 40 years of experience and perspective as an entrepreneur and business owner.

Director since 2021. Retired senior lender from Jersey Shore State Bank. Active in his community, he currently serves as a Bald Eagle Township Supervisor, and is active on the board of the Lock Haven University Foundation, serving as President, and a member of the Foundation’s Executive Council and Finance Committee. The Board of Directors values Mr. Tasselli’s 30+ years of banking experience.

Director since 1993. Retired broker/owner of a local real estate company. In addition, she was a Certified Real Estate Appraiser and a real estate instructor. She has also been involved in restaurant ownership and operations as well as healthcare management. The Board values Ms. Tompkins’ extensive real estate background and knowledge.

Director since 2014. Chairman since 2017. Retired. Former Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of First Columbia Bank & Trust Co. Previously employed with the former Columbia County Farmers National Bank since May 1974 holding duties as Teller, Technology Director, Internal Auditor, Loan Officer, Community Office Manager, Credit Administrator, Vice President and Senior Vice President. The Board of Directors values Mr. Wenner’s more than 40 years of experience in our local financial industry.

Director since 2021. Attorney at Law with the law firm Gordner, Hess & Reimiller, effective January 1, 2023, formerly Dickson, Gordner & Hess. The Board of Directors values Ms. William’s more than 20 years of experience as an attorney and her numerous leadership roles in various local civic organizations.
